Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our growing healthcare business. This role is critical in ensuring our teams run smoothly by providing support across accounting, HR, workflow optimization, and data reporting. We are a fast growing in-home coordinated care providers headquartered in Richmond, expanding in Virginia and beyond. We operated a home-based primary care medical practice, paired with a long-term care pharmacy, a leading edge dementia program, and more. Our mission is to provide coordinated care to help home-bound complex geriatric patients stay in their homes longer while providing vital support to their caregivers, ensuring the comfort and well-being of both. The company was founded in early 2022 by Will Saunders, a healthcare and long-term care expert with a decades-long track of record of launching and growing healthcare companies that solve intricate healthcare problems for seniors and populations with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Processes Support:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice tracking, and expense reimbursement & reconciliation.
- Support monthly financial reporting, benefit reconciliation, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Liaise with external licensing and submit business filings as needed.
Business Analysis & Reporting:
- Business analysis, requirements definition and workflow development.
- Collect, analyze, and report operational and financial metrics to support productivity and performance monitoring.
- Data audit and maintenance for integrity and compliance.
Operations and Workflow Optimization:
- Schedule administration and monitoring.
- Support employee onboarding, credentialing documentation, and HR recordkeeping in compliance with regulations and policy.
- Document and improve clinic workflows and administrative processes to enhance patient experience and staff efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Ad Hoc Projects:
- Provide analytical support for special initiatives, such as new service lines, system upgrades, or compliance reviews.
- Assist with research, policy drafting, and coordination of cross-functional efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or administrative support—preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Analytical and quality-focused
- Good understanding of data model concepts, preferably in primary care, care management programs
- Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft O365 products
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Preferred experience with Salesforce products, capabilities, and objects
Work Schedule:Full-time, in-person, Monday – Friday

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
