With over a decade leading sales and marketing initiatives in healthcare for older adults, Alyssa is personally and professionally passionate about wellness and healthcare. Her favorite part of her role is helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. Alyssa is dedicated to fitness, always finding time for long runs, bike rides, barre, and keeping up with her two children. She finds fulfillment in changing lives, bringing peace of mind to families, and improving the quality of life for aging adults.

Arielle’s background includes 8 years in a medical surgical ICU and 13 years as an NP in the acute care and long-term care arena. She is passionate about dementia care and works to ease the burden of those living with dementia and their caregivers through the expansion of Medicare’s GUIDE program. She believes in holistic healthcare that meets individuals where they are within life’s journey. Arielle enjoys spending time with her husband and two children; she is an animal lover who is passionate about gardening, travel, and enjoys live music.

With a master’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, Gerry leads our clinical teams to help older individuals live safely in their homes. It is rewarding to serve a company so committed to supporting our elderly and disabled neighbors, she says.

Helen holds master’s degrees in public health and physician assistant studies from the University of Texas Health Science Center, along with an undergraduate degree in nutrition. With decades of healthcare leadership and clinical experience, she is motivated by bringing peace and a plan to the uncertainties that come with aging. Helen lives in Richmond with her husband and two children.

With a master’s degree in occupational therapy and undergraduate degrees in health sciences and psychology, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing our coordinated care team. She has years of experience caring for older adults in the home with a goal of helping every person maintain their independence and a high quality of life. A certified lymphedema therapist, Jennifer and her husband have four children and are devoted Philly sports fans.

Lea oversees the technological foundations of At Home Harmony, with expertise in healthcare technology, business and clinical workflows, and data analytics. Outside the office, you’ll find her tending to her urban garden, cooking from scratch, and exploring around Virginia and beyond.

Mark began his healthcare career in 1991 and has built an expertise in healthcare operations, and pharmacy benefit management. His career has focused on coordinating the disparate elements of healthcare to create a simplified and effective care model for patients. A Boston native, Mark is a graduate of the University of Vermont and lives in Richmond with his wife. They have two grown daughters. He enjoys golf, travel, music, and standup paddleboarding.

With over a decade of nursing experience, Rachel serves as Director of Clinical Operations, leading the Care Concierge team. She partners with patients and caregivers to deliver coordinated case management and medical support. A Richmond native, Rachel combines her deep knowledge of the local community with her expertise in navigating the healthcare system. From one end of Broad Street to the other, she understands the unique resources available and is always eager to connect patients with the tools they need to thrive.

Prior to founding At Home Harmony, Will owned and operated a company that created Medicare Advantage plans for residents in long-term care nursing homes. Will is driven to create innovative solutions to help seniors with complex conditions and transform the quality of geriatric care nationwide. He resides in Richmond with his wife and has four daughters.

A Charlottesville native, Andrew is a physician assistant who has worked in primary care since 2015. He manages a variety of chronic conditions in older adults. He holds a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Thomas Jefferson University College of Health Sciences, along with an undergraduate degree in English language and literature from the University of Virginia.

Caroline’s nursing career began in the Adult Emergency Department at VCU Health, where she gained invaluable experience while completing her studies to become an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. After graduation, she honed her expertise in pulmonology and sleep medicine, followed by a stint in primary care, further broadening her skill set. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their puppy. They love traveling near and far, cooking, and being outside.

Crystal started her health career as a cardiology tech and was afforded many opportunities to learn while she finished her nursing degree. She worked in emergency medicine then decided to pursue further studies. After graduating, she has focused on urgent care, nephrology and geriatrics. The aspect she loves most about her job is being able to teach. She relishes being able to take the time to explain changes that come with aging.

Grace began her career in emergency medicine before transitioning to primary care. She is passionate about building trust and connections with her patients, and she enjoys learning about their interests, backgrounds, and families. She was born and raised in Richmond and holds a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from George Washington University.

Michelle, a former US Marine and Hanover, Virginia native, has deep experience in healthcare and loves working in geriatrics. She says, I love being able to help people who cannot leave their homes stay healthy! In addition to being a registered nurse since 1996 and nurse practitioner since 2020, she’s an artist and avid reader with many hobbies including fishing, camping, hiking and riding motorcycles.

With a master’s degree in nursing, Scott got his start in healthcare as a medical social worker before earning his master’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has served patients in a number of settings, including primary care, free clinics, palliative care, and geriatrics. He was born in Richmond and earned his undergraduate degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Nikki manages Harmony’s pharmacy, with experience in geriatrics, long-term care, and drug formulation and packaging. She earned her doctor of pharmacy degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy. She and her husband have three children and live in Richmond, where she was born and raised.

Olivia has worked in healthcare since 2009, when she became a nurse assistant in the hospital while going through nursing school. After working as an oncology nurse, she earned her nurse practitioner degree in 2015. She has worked in family practice, retail health, and telemedicine. Her passion is learning what matters to her patients and their families, making their plan of care fit their vision. Outside of work, Olivia loves to have fun with her husband and young daughter, perform in and choreograph for musical theater, and go on nature walks.

Sonya’s passion for healthcare began early in life, working in phlebotomy and cardiology during nursing school. Holding a doctor of nursing practice (DNP) from George Mason University, the Richmond native taught nursing there for 14 years and has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016.

Tara holds a Master’s degree in Gerontology and is a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator with certifications and training specializing in dementia care through Positive Approach to Care, Dementia Connections Institute, and Buddies Forever. Driven by a deep passion for helping seniors, especially those living with dementia, she is dedicated to empowering them to continue living life to the fullest. She and her husband have three grown children. Tara enjoys traveling, swimming, and crafting in her free time.
