Her favorite part of her role is helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. Alyssa is dedicated to fitness, always finding time for long runs, bike rides, barre, and keeping up with her two children. She finds fulfillment in changing lives, bringing peace of mind to families, and improving the quality of life for aging adults.

Arielle’s background includes 8 years in a medical surgical ICU and 13 years as an NP in the acute care and long-term care arena. She is passionate about dementia care and works to ease the burden of those living with dementia and their caregivers through the expansion of Medicare’s GUIDE program. She believes in holistic healthcare that meets individuals where they are within life’s journey. Arielle enjoys spending time with her husband and two children; she is an animal lover who is passionate about gardening, travel, and enjoys live music.

She has years of experience caring for older adults in the home with a goal of helping every person maintain their independence and a high quality of life. A certified lymphedema therapist, Jennifer and her husband have four children and are devoted Philly sports fans.

Mark began his healthcare career in 1991 and has built an expertise in healthcare operations, and pharmacy benefit management. His career has focused on coordinating the disparate elements of healthcare to create a simplified and effective care model for patients. A Boston native, Mark is a graduate of the University of Vermont and lives in Richmond with his wife. They have two grown daughters. He enjoys golf, travel, music, and standup paddleboarding.

With over a decade of nursing experience, Rachel serves as Director of Clinical Operations, leading the Care Concierge team. She partners with patients and caregivers to deliver coordinated case management and medical support. A Richmond native, Rachel combines her deep knowledge of the local community with her expertise in navigating the healthcare system. From one end of Broad Street to the other, she understands the unique resources available and is always eager to connect patients with the tools they need to thrive.

He holds a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Thomas Jefferson University College of Health Sciences, along with an undergraduate degree in English language and literature from the University of Virginia.

Caroline’s nursing career began in the Adult Emergency Department at VCU Health, where she gained invaluable experience while completing her studies to become an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. After graduation, she honed her expertise in pulmonology and sleep medicine, followed by a stint in primary care, further broadening her skill set. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their puppy. They love traveling near and far, cooking, and being outside.

In addition to being a registered nurse since 1996 and nurse practitioner since 2020, she’s an artist and avid reader with many hobbies including fishing, camping, hiking and riding motorcycles.

Outside of work, Olivia loves to have fun with her husband and young daughter, perform in and choreograph for musical theater, and go on nature walks.
