Adam is a geriatrician and community emergency physician. He designs and leads the implementation of healthcare models for older adults with complex needs. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Swarthmore College, Adam has practiced medicine in both rural critical-access areas and urban settings and brings that experience to home health patients.

With over a decade leading sales and marketing initiatives in healthcare for older adults, Alyssa is personally and professionally passionate about wellness and healthcare. Her favorite part of her role is helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. Alyssa is dedicated to fitness and enjoys exercise with her family, always finding time for long runs, bike rides, barre, and keeping up with her two children. She finds fulfillment in changing lives, bringing peace of mind to families, and improving the quality of life for aging adults.

With a master’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, Gerry leads our clinical teams to help older individuals live safely in their homes. It is rewarding to serve a company so committed to supporting our elderly and disabled neighbors, she says.

Helen holds master’s degrees in public health and physician assistant studies from the University of Texas Health Science Center, along with an undergraduate degree in nutrition. With decades of healthcare leadership and clinical experience, she is motivated by bringing peace and a plan to the uncertainties that come with aging. Helen lives in Richmond with her husband and two children.

With a master’s degree in occupational therapy and undergraduate degrees in health sciences and psychology, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing our coordinated care team. She has years of experience caring for older adults in the home with a goal of helping every person maintain their independence and a high quality of life. A certified lymphedema therapist, Jennifer and her husband have four children and are devoted Philly sports fans.

Lea oversees the technological foundations of At Home Harmony, with expertise in healthcare technology, business and clinical workflows, and data analytics. Outside the office, you’ll find her tending to her urban garden, cooking from scratch, and exploring around Virginia and beyond.

Mark began his healthcare career in 1991 and has built an expertise in healthcare operations, and pharmacy benefit management. His career has focused on coordinating the disparate elements of healthcare to create a simplified and effective care model for patients. A Boston native, Mark is a graduate of the University of Vermont and lives in Richmond with his wife. They have two grown daughters. He enjoys golf, travel, music, and standup paddleboarding.

Nikki manages Harmony’s pharmacy, with experience in geriatrics, long-term care, and drug formulation and packaging. She earned her doctor of pharmacy degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy. She and her husband have three children and live in Richmond, where she was born and raised.

Prior to founding At Home Harmony, Will owned and operated a company that created Medicare Advantage plans for residents in long-term care nursing homes. Will is driven to create innovative solutions to help seniors with complex conditions and transform the quality of geriatric care nationwide. He resides in Richmond with his wife and has four daughters.

A Charlottesville native, Andrew is a physician assistant who has worked in primary care since 2015. He manages a variety of chronic conditions in older adults. He holds a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Thomas Jefferson University College of Health Sciences, along with an undergraduate degree in English language and literature from the University of Virginia.

Anna has deep experience in clinical care, including home-based medical care, hospice, palliative care, and alternative medicine. She is passionate about healthy aging and supporting patients to remain at home. She holds a doctorate from the University of Virginia and holds a master’s degree in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Grace began her career in emergency medicine before transitioning to primary care. She is passionate about building trust and connections with her patients, and she enjoys learning about their interests, backgrounds, and families. She was born and raised in Richmond and holds a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from George Washington University.

Jennifer started her nursing career in Progressive Care at Bon Secours. She became an NP 10 years ago and started out in retail health care with CVS MinuteClinic. She found her passion for the older population and began completing home assessments for Humana Insurance. Eventually Jennifer oversaw COVID testing for CVS during the pandemic. Then she worked for Landmark Health completing home visits for Medicare patients for 2 years. When not working Jennifer enjoys spending time with her adult children and 4 dogs. She is also an avid walker and swimmer!

Michelle, a former US Marine and Hanover, Virginia native, has deep experience in healthcare and loves working in geriatrics. She says, I love being able to help people who cannot leave their homes stay healthy! In addition to being a registered nurse since 1996 and nurse practitioner since 2020, she’s an artist and avid reader with many hobbies including fishing, camping, hiking and riding motorcycles.

With a master’s degree in nursing, Scott got his start in healthcare as a medical social worker before earning his master’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has served patients in a number of settings, including primary care, free clinics, palliative care, and geriatrics. He was born in Richmond and earned his undergraduate degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Sonya’s passion for healthcare began early in life, working in phlebotomy and cardiology during nursing school. Holding a doctor of nursing practice (DNP) from George Mason University, the Richmond native taught nursing there for 14 years and has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016.

Todd holds a degree in biochemistry from Virginia Tech and earned his PharmD from Shenandoah University. He helps educate patients on their medications to help them live longer. He holds certifications in basic life support and is a Stop the Bleed instructor. He is an avid woodworker and enjoys exercising and exploring Virginia.

Angelique Hill, CCMA, CPT, a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in Phlebotomy and 3 years as a Medical Assistant. Her extensive background in Women’s Health, Primary Care, Orthopedics, and various other medical specialties have equipped her with a unique skill set that integrates technical proficiency with excellence in patient care. Angelique is dedicated to continuous professional development, consistently expanding her knowledge to better serve patients and healthcare teams. Outside of work, Angelique dedicates her time to nurturing her family, including her husband and three daughters who are actively engaged in Cheerleading, Track, and Volleyball. She adeptly manages the demands of supporting her daughters’ diverse interests while maintaining a harmonious family life, showcasing her organizational skills and dedication to her loved ones.

Greyson holds a degree in nursing, along with certifications in basic and advanced cardiac life support and neurological emergencies. As a care concierge, she also puts her degree in business administration to use, helping patients navigate the healthcare system and ensuring they get the care they require from our healthcare team.

Jennifer has been a nurse for twelve years specializing in palliative and hospice care. She is a certified advance care planning facilitator and has a passion for navigating complex issues to improve the quality of life of the people she cares for. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Luanne is a certified clinical medical assistant who works with patients to help them understand procedures, provides basic medical testing, draws blood, performs EKGs, and more. She enjoys having more time with patients with At Home Harmony and more time to ride her motorcycle.

Tabitha started her journey in healthcare as a certified nursing assistant, working with hospice patients. In 2019 she decided to further her career and got her Medical Assistant degree, with experience working in multiple healthcare settings she is sure she can be an asset to our patients. Tabitha is currently in school getting her Nursing Degree which she should complete in 2026. When she isn’t studying, she loves to read a good book while spending time with her fiancé and chihuahua.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in biology, Ana is a certified medical technician who loves knowing her work helps patients stay at home: Because that’s where you are most comfortable, she says. She enjoys books, coffee, church, and nature walks and once it gets warm, you’ll find her at the beach.

Genevieve is a registered nurse with an interest in at-home health and skilled nursing for older adults. She is the proud mom of three grown children, including a U.S. Marine son who served in Afghanistan as well as two daughters who work as a nurse practitioner and physical therapist. Genevieve lives in Montpelier.

Maurica is a licensed practical nurse who says her favorite part of the job is helping patients receive care that everyone deserves. Although originally from Accord, New York, she loves the endless opportunities that exist around Richmond. Outside of helping patients and family members regarding patient needs, Maurica loves spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Murai is a licensed practical nurse bringing over 4 years of experience in coordination of care, working with the families and the community regarding their loved one’s needs. In her role, Murai regularly communicates with patients and family members regarding patient needs.

With a B.S. in nursing, Rachel enjoys establishing relationships with patients to help them regain control and confidence in their health. She enjoys cooking and baking bread and, as a Richmond native who has lived here her whole life, loves the fact that we’re close to both mountains and beaches.

For Tamika, At Home Harmony gives her more dedicated one-on-one time with patients, which isn’t possible in most primary care settings. It gives her a sense of gratitude in her work. And beyond that work, she is a certified yoga and wellness teacher who enjoys showing others the benefits of yoga.
