Kim is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience caring for our geriatric population.  She has cared for patients in acute care, skilled care, personal care, long term care and hospice care. Her passion is helping people navigate the continuum of care throughout our health care system and especially assisting with advance directives and end-of-life care.  She believes that everyone deserves the quality of life they choose and encourages and empowers clients to have conversations and document their wishes. She is certified in Care Management and Hospice and holds a
Bachelor’s degree in End-of-Life Healthcare Management and a Master’s degree in Palliative Care from the University of Maryland.

Blair has been a certified nurse assistant for over 12 years and is enjoying her new position at At Home Harmony as the PCA scheduler. She is currently in preparation to go back to school to become a practical nurse within the next year or so. Her ultimate goal is to become a nurse practitioner because she feels that is her true calling. When Blair is off work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and one year old daughter as they love to garden, fish, cook out and just spend quality time together. Blair hopes to continue to grow with At Home Harmony for many years to come!
